E-Logbook provides NO WARRANTIES, expressed or implied.

As this service is voluntary, it may be revoked without warning, notice or remedy.

The user shall maintain adequate hardcopies of data.

If you fail to access your account for more than six months, your account and data will be deleted. While I will attempt to contact you before deleting your records, I am under no obligation to do so.

While I make every effort to ensure the quality of this service, and am trusting my OWN data to it, there may occasionally be a bug that creates faulty data. You should occasionally double check the math, so to speak.

E-Logbook cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. If the FAA comes looking for you, only your paper copies will help you out.

Loss of service or data is always possible with public internet hosting. While E-Logbook.COM makes every effort to have archives of the database, this is not guaranteed.
